KWHero’s pricing is split into four tiers:

  • Basic
  • Marketer
  • Agency
  • Enterprise

The names of these tiers might offer a clue into who they’re built for and how much freedom they offer you relative to your purchase. But, we’ll still take the time to walk you through all the details to help you make the best decision as to which plan to choose in KWHero.

KWHero Plan Breakdown: Who it’s Suited for and Things to Consider

You don’t need to look too closely to see that KWHero plans are not limited on features. The Basic user who just wants to complete a few articles monthly for their personal use or small business has practically everything the Enterprise user has, even though the latter is running an extensive content marketing plan.

As far as we’re concerned, every user should get the most out of KWHero whenever they need to. That said, here’s a detailed breakdown of our plans, the prices and how to choose between them.

Basic Plan

Monthly Price: $59 | Yearly Price: $599 ($109 saved)

This plan allows you access 50 content analyses per month, 50 AI credits monthly, 100 agent credits per month, 2,500 metrics credits per month, 50 bulk domain analyses, 10 content plans and 100 keywords for every content plan you create. You also get access to the Outline Builder, WordPress publishing, and collaboration and sharing.

The Basic plan was designed with the following users in mind:

  • Solo content specialists or hobbyists who work independently and do not need that much content per month.
  • Part time creators who already have an engagement outside of their content work but still want to put out enough content to keep their site alive with minimal effort and cost while still compounding growth overtime.
  • KWHero or SEO content beginners who don’t have much experience creating content generally or with KWHero specifically but are interested in learning, practicing and potentially upgrading their account in the near future.

Before You Buy

When buying this plan, the main consideration you have to keep in mind is the limit. It is designed for independent creators who don’t need much in terms of content and might not necessarily be turning a profit from their content marketing efforts yet.

If you have a team of content specialists, you might want to consider a larger plan. If you’re also looking to ramp up your content production to the point where you’re seeing rapid growth, a bigger plan that allows for more AI credits and, subsequently, more articles would be more reasonable for you.

Marketer Plan

Monthly Price: $119 | Yearly Price: $1,119 ($309 saved)

This plan allows you access 100 content analyses per month, 100 AI credits monthly, 50 content plans, 500 keywords for every content plan you create, etc. Outline Builder, WordPress Publishing, and Collaboration and Sharing are equally thrown into the mix.

The Marketer plan was designed with the following users in mind:

  • Small content teams that work independently or within a small company. Content is a necessity but it’s not done at such a large scale that you need to put out hundreds of articles per month for yourself or your clients.
  • Independent content specialists who have a noticeably higher workload, largely due to a larger stream of clients or to meet personal content needs.
  • Niche site owners who run two or three sites simultaneously and need content published on their sites at a fairly consistent pace every month or week.

Before You Buy

Because our plans are limited on numbers, not features, again, your biggest consideration here would be the limit of the plan relative to your needs. If, for example, you run a full scale agency with multiple clients, this might not be the best for you.

Alternatively, if you are an independent content specialist and you have multiple clients who require several pieces of content written per month, this might not be great for you, especially if your clients tend to be very picky and often require complete rewrites.

On the one hand, KWHero will make it possible for you to rewrite the entire piece in only a few minutes and without breaking a sweat. On the other hand, the multiple full article rewrites will pull on your credits each month and you’d have depleted them before you get the chance to reset.

Agency Plan

Monthly Price: $349 | Yearly Price: $3,499 ($689 saved)

This plan gives you 300 content analyses per month, 300 AI credits monthly, 150 content plans, 9999 keywords for every content plan you create, etc. Outline Builder, WordPress Publishing, and Collaboration and Sharing also come with the Agency plan.

The Agency plan was made with the following people in mind:

  • Small to medium scale agency owners who produce nearly a hundred articles monthly for their clients.
  • Medium to large scale content teams who need to create over 50 content pieces every month to keep their audience engaged.
  • Large scale niche site owners who run more than three websites and need a few articles published weekly on each.
  • Content teams within relatively small companies looking to noticeably ramp up their content production with a limited number of team members.

Before You Buy

This is the penultimate plan and it should do for most businesses who aren’t so large that they need a lot more but are large enough that the two smaller plans are not suitable. If you’ll be getting this plan, do a quick calculation of the credits offered alongside the number of outlines and articles you’ll be needing monthly.

If you find that your requirements are closely matched with what the plan offers, go for it. You should be able to buy extra credits if you need them before the month runs out. However, if your requirements and the plan’s AI credits limits are drastically different, you might want to consider the largest of our plans.

Enterprise Plan

Monthly Price: $999Yearly Price: $9,999 ($1,989 saved)

This plan gives you 1000 content analyses per month, 1000 AI credits monthly, 1000 content plans, 9999 keywords for every content plan you create, etc. Outline Builder, WordPress Publishing, and Collaboration and Sharing also come with the Enterprise plan.

The Enterprise plan was made with the following users in mind:

  • Large scale content agencies that produce hundreds of articles every month for a range of clients.
  • Enterprise-size organizations that need to produce content for their parent companies as well as the sub-companies they manage.

Before You Buy

Think of this plan as the maxed out version of all our other plans. It’s built for companies who already have an incredible content demand in or outside their company.

If you’re not quite at that level, you can simply stick with the Agency plan and purchase additional credits to meet your content needs.

Monthly or Yearly Billing: Which is Best When Signing Up for KWHero?

Once you’ve made the decision of which plan to go for, the next big thing to consider is how often you want to pay. Let’s look at both options on the table in this regard.

Pros and Cons of Monthly Payment

On the bright side, our monthly plan allows you to use KWHero without necessarily committing to it long term. If you decide later on that you want an upgrade, you can go for it. While we do not believe you’ll have any need for cancellation. But, if that desire comes up, you can fulfill it, too.

On the dark side, however, costs quickly add up over time and you’ll be missing out on the discounts that the yearly plan offers.

Pros and Cons of Yearly Payment

On the bright side of the yearly payment plan, you have a significant discount. This can go nearly as high as $2000, depending on the plan you’re making a bulk purchase for.

In addition, we do not make arbitrary price changes and we certainly do not aim to inconvenience our users. However, if KWHero ever decides to increase its prices, you might get a longer buffer period before you have to pay the new price as most price changes come into effect after the current subscription ends.

On the other hand, you have to pay a fairly large amount of money all at once. Plus, you don’t have the freedom to hop in and out at will that monthly subscribers enjoy.

Which Should You Go For?

Of course, there are several nuances that will guide your purchase decision. But, on a broad note, we’ll advise that you go for the monthly plan first, especially if you’re a beginner that’s trying to decide whether or not KWHero will meet your needs.

Chances are that you’ll find it to be the perfect companion for your content marketing team. Once you do, you should then switch to the yearly plan as it really does help you save money in the long term.
